Location: Skydive Dubai Palm Dropzone (Al Seyahi St - Dubai Marina - Dubai).

Operational Hours: daily from 6 to 10 am

• Valid identification (for example, your driver's license) must be provided upon arrival at our facility.
• For safety reasons please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time for booking/flight.
• The time mentioned on your reservation confirmation is the start time of your event and thus when you should arrive at the location.
• Please take note that in order to fly in a gyroscope, you must be at least 17 years old and weigh no more than 100 kilogrammes.
• Remember that an athletic outfit such as a t-shirt or top with sleeves is the best
• Pair of sneakers will work best for skydiving
• Please do not wear any buckles, studs, low-cut tops, short shorts, sandals, or platform shoes!
• Phones, cameras, or selfie sticks are allowed on board open-style gyrocopters for safety reasons.
• It is not acceptable to wear crop tops, sleeveless tops, collared shirts, low-cut tops, short shorts, sandals, boots, or heels or platform shoes.
• Every ride up high in an open-air gyrocopter is subject to weather and visibility conditions—it might even happen that we have to cancel because of these things!
• Feel free to reschedule if there happens to be another opening available.

• Transfers are subject to availability, and you have the option to book them according to the itinerary. Please note that pickup times may vary depending on traffic conditions and your specific geographical location.
• Please be aware that some of the inclusions mentioned above may be unavailable on weekends or certain days due to government regulations, and we have no control over these closures.
• Please be aware that the actual transfer timings may vary by 30-60 minutes from the timings listed on our website.
• Clothes that are appropriate for the summer season are applicable all year round, however, sweaters might be required during winter months due to cold weather.
• It is advisable to bring sunglasses, hats, sunscreen lotion, and other necessary items when traveling. Additionally, we provide on-demand private transport options for all our offered tours.
• Please note that it is your sole responsibility to take care of your personal belongings, including items such as cameras, that may be left behind in our vehicles or at the travel destinations. We will not be held liable for any lost or misplaced items.

• In certain locations, taking photographs specifically of women is strictly prohibited, unless it is deemed necessary for the itinerary to include such photos.

• UAE legislation prohibits smoking in all public places, including nightclubs, outside of authorised smoking zones.
• If a specific type of tourism or visit necessitates the presence of an original passport or Emirati identification card, this information is explicitly mentioned at the beginning of the relevant section.
• Guests must ensure they carry these items with them when traveling outside Dubai International Airport, as failing to do so may result in the complete loss of the opportunity for that specific activity.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic congestion or car issues, if the tour experiences a delay or cancellation, we will endeavor to offer alternative transportation options whenever feasible.
• If a client arrives late and misses their scheduled departure from the pick-up location, their spot on the tour will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

• Under-17s will be regarded as minors and will not be permitted to participate in this activity.
• Over-17-year-olds will be treated as adults and charged adult rates.
