Valid identification (for example, your driver's license) must be provided upon arrival at our facility.
For safety reasons please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time for booking/flight.
The time mentioned on your reservation confirmation is the start time of your event and thus when you should arrive at the location.
Please take note that in order to fly in a gyroscope, you must be at least 17 years old and weigh no more than 100 kilogrammes.
