Important Information :

Transfers: Transfers will be provided only if you select this option.

Pick-up location: Transfers are available from your Dubai Hotel/Residence, not from the airport.

Timing Adjustments: For shared transfers, the pick-up and drop-off timing may be modified by 30 to 60 minutes based on the trip schedule and traffic conditions.

Park Capacity during Eid Holidays: If the park reaches its capacity limit due to a high number of guests during Eid holidays, you may be asked to visit on the next day or at a later date.

DPR Summer Offer: Until July 31st, 2023 (Visit Date), one child can enter for free with one paying adult.

Eligibility for Free Child Ticket: The child must be under 12 years old and accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above.

Collecting the Free Child Ticket: To receive the complimentary child ticket, present your digital ticket at the ticket counter or guest services.

Useful Information :

Seating Arrangement: Transfers have seating arrangements based on availability and the discretion of our tour manager.

Timing Modifications: Pick-up and drop-off timings can be adjusted according to the trip schedule, traffic conditions, and location.

Closure of Inclusions: Some mentioned inclusions may be closed on weekends or specific days due to government regulations, for which we are not responsible.

Variation in Transfer Timing: The actual transfer timing may vary by up to 30/60 minutes from the time listed on the website.

Clothing Recommendation: Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but winter months may require sweaters or jackets.

Sun Protection: It is recommended to carry sunglasses, hats, and sun protection cream.

Private Transport: Private transport can be arranged upon request for all tours.

Responsibility for Personal Belongings: Leaving personal belongings in our vehicles or tour sites is solely your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides are not responsible for any loss.

Strollers: Prior information is required if strollers are to be carried inside vehicles. Please inform us during the reservation.

Adult Supervision: An adult must accompany children aged 3 to 12 years during water activities.

Restrictions on Islamic Occasions and National Holidays: Alcohol will not be served, and there will be no live entertainment.

Contract Terms: Read and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, "Terms and Conditions," and Price Grid as they form part of your contract with us upon booking.

Photography Restrictions: Photography of UAE residents, especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.

Littering and Smoking: Littering is a punishable offense, and smoking is not allowed in public areas.

Passport or ID Requirement: Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, which is mentioned in the critical notes. Please ensure you have the necessary documents.

No-show Charges: We reserve the right to charge 100% of the tour cost if the guest does not show up on time for the pickup.

No refund for partially utilized services.

Uncontrollable Circumstances: In case of uncontrollable circumstances such as traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delays caused by other guests, or weather conditions, we will provide alternate options if possible.

Missed Tour due to Late Arrival: If a guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, we will not arrange an alternative transfer, and no refund will be provided.

Child Policy Bollywood & Motiongate (3-13 years)

• Children under 3 years old: Will be considered infants and their entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged 3 to 13 years: Will be considered children and will be charged the child rate.
• Children above the age of 13: Will be considered adults and will be charged the adult rate.
