  • If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the tour departure date, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel your booking within 7 days of the tour departure date, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure date.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances, Aan Tourism reserves the right to cancel the tour. If the tour is canceled by Aan Tourism, you will receive a full refund.

4. Changes:

  • Aan Tourism reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If changes are necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Liability:

  • Aan Tourism is not responsible for any personal accidents, illnesses, or lost or stolen belongings.
  • You are responsible for your own safety and well-being during the tour.
  • Aan Tourism is not liable for any damages or losses caused by acts of God, political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any complaints regarding the tour must be reported to Aan Tourism immediately.
